Reviewed August 2026. Requirements change — confirm with the receiving authority before lodging.
How often is the information on this site reviewed?
Cluster pages carry their own review date and the update log records material changes. Government requirements change without notice, so treat every page as a guide and confirm the detail with the responsible authority before lodging.
How do I report an error on a page?
Message us on LINE or by email with the page address and the point in question, with a link to the official source if you have one. Corrections are made at source and recorded in the update log.
What are your contact channels and response expectations?
LINE, email and phone. Messages are answered in order during Thailand business hours (UTC+7); complex quotes needing document review take longer than a simple availability question.
What happens if a receiving body rejects our translation?
Send us the rejection wording. Where the cause is an error in our work we correct and reissue at no charge. Where the cause is an authority requirement that changed or a document you supplied, we explain the position and quote any new work separately.
Do you guarantee that my application will be approved?
No, and no provider honestly can. Visa, registration and assessment decisions belong to the deciding authority. What we control is that the documents are complete, accurate and in the certified form the authority asks for.
Can you talk to my migration agent or lawyer directly?
Yes, with your authority. Working directly with your adviser usually reduces rounds, because the format and the document list come from the person who will lodge them.
Do you work with organisations and repeat clients?
Yes — schools, hospitals, law firms and corporates with recurring document flows. A stored glossary and a fixed format keep later batches consistent with earlier ones.
Where do the official figures on this site come from?
Each cluster page links to the responsible authority for any rule or figure it states, and pages carry a review date. Requirements change without notice, so treat the page as a guide and confirm the detail with the authority before lodging.
How do I track the status of my order?
Reply on the same LINE or email thread and quote the document name. We confirm receipt, the agreed format and the working-day estimate in writing at the start, and tell you if any step outside our control changes that estimate.
What happens if I find a typo after delivery?
Send the page and the field. Where the error is ours we correct and reissue at no charge. Where the source document itself is wrong, the correction has to come from the issuing office first — a certified translation must match the original.
How long do you keep my documents?
Files are retained only as long as needed to service reissues and are handled under our confidentiality obligations. Ask us to delete a set earlier and we will; ask for a reissue later and we will tell you honestly whether the file is still held.
Can I speak to a person rather than message?
Yes — call the contact number listed on this site during Thailand business hours, or ask on LINE for a call back. For anything involving a deadline we still confirm the outcome in writing afterwards.
What is the fastest way to get an answer about my document?
Send the scans with a one-line description of where the documents are going. Most questions cannot be answered accurately without seeing the pages, so the exchange is shorter when the files come first.
What information should I include with my first message?
The receiving authority or country, the deadline if there is one, whether you need a digital or printed set, and the full scans including reverse sides. That is enough to quote and schedule in one pass.
Do you work outside business hours?
Messages are received at any time and answered in order during working hours, Thailand time. Where a deadline is genuinely tight, say so in the first message so scheduling can be assessed honestly.
What happens if I find a mistake in a delivered translation?
Tell us the page and the point. If the error is ours it is corrected and reissued at no cost. If the source itself changes, the amended version is treated as new work because the certification must match what was seen.
Can you speak to the receiving authority for me?
We can explain the certification and provide verification details if an officer asks. Representing you in the substance of your application is a regulated activity and is not something we do.

How long do you keep my files?
Files are retained so a set can be reissued if you need another copy, and are deleted on request. Tell us your preference and we confirm in writing when deletion is done.
Can I get the same translation reissued later?
Yes, where the source is unchanged. Reissue is quicker than a fresh job, which is why keeping the delivered file and the original scans is worth the storage.
Which contact channel should I use?
LINE is fastest for scans and short questions, email suits larger sets and formal records, and phone suits complex sequencing questions. All three reach the same team.
