Do I need a translator located in Adelaide?
No. Australian authorities look at the translator's NAATI certification status, not at where the translator lives. A translation prepared by a certified translator is treated the same in every state, including work sent from outside Australia, unless the receiving authority sets an additional format condition of its own.
Do I get a file or a paper copy?
You receive a PDF carrying the translator's certification statement and signature, ready to upload into an online lodgement system. If the receiving authority wants a printed set, tell us at the start and we will prepare and post it to the address you give.
Can I send work late at night my time?
Files are accepted around the clock by LINE and email. The team processes them during Thai business hours (UTC+7), so work sent in the Australian evening usually enters the queue the next Thai working morning. The actual delivery date depends on page count and complexity.
What if the authority asks for the translation to be changed?
Send us the full text of what they wrote back. We separate whether the issue comes from the translation, from the certification format, or from the source document itself. If it came from our translation, we correct it at no charge.
Do you handle languages other than Thai?
Yes. We take any language pair covered by a certified translator. Send the first page and we will confirm whether that pair can be handled and roughly how long it takes, before you commit.
Can someone advise on the whole document set, not just translate it?
Yes. Our team has handled documents for Australian authorities for more than 15 years. We read your whole list, tell you the order to do things in, what is still missing, and where sets are usually sent back — before you spend time at an office in Adelaide.
