Digital delivery of a translated file over the internet
NAATI certified translation, ordered and delivered online
A NAATI certified translation can be arranged entirely online: you send scans, a certified translator prepares the translation, and you receive a PDF carrying the certification statement and the translator's digital signature. No travel and, in ordinary cases, no posting of original documents. Reviewed August 2026.
Why this works online
Australian lodgement is already digital
Visa applications through ImmiAccount, university admissions and skills assessment portals all take uploaded files. A clean digital certified translation is easier for a case officer to read than a scan of a scan.
A translator certifies the text, not the person
What the translator must see is the content of the document, not the holder. A sharp scan is sufficient for translation and certification in ordinary cases.
Time zones stop being a constraint
Clients in Australia, Europe, the Middle East, the Americas and Asia send work at any hour and receive it back the same way. Our team works Thailand time (UTC+7) and confirms receipt in writing.
Your originals never leave your hands
Nothing irreplaceable travels by post. You keep the original document available in case the receiving body asks to sight it.
The four steps
1
Send a scan of each document
Scan or photograph every page with all four corners, every stamp and every signature visible. Send the files by LINE or email — in ordinary cases we do not need your paper originals posted to us.
2
We check the set and confirm scope
We verify that the pages are complete and legible, that the name spelling matches your passport, and that the set matches what the receiving body asks for. Scope, format and turnaround are confirmed in writing before work begins.
3
Translation and review
A certified translator produces the translation and mirrors the layout of the source: headings, tables, seals and signatures are described in place. A second pass checks names, dates, numbers and reference codes against the source.
4
You receive the certified PDF
We deliver a PDF carrying the translator's certification statement and digital signature. Download it, keep a copy, and upload it directly to the lodgement portal. Printed sets with a physical stamp can be couriered on request.
Who uses the online service
Applicants anywhere in Australia who need a translation added to a lodged application.
Applicants in Thailand — Bangkok, any province, or a location with no translation office nearby.
People living or working in a third country who need documents issued in their home country translated.
Families split across countries who must assemble one document set for a single application.
Employers, universities and law firms ordering on behalf of a client or staff member.
Before you order
Some receiving bodies additionally require a certified copy from the issuing institution, or ask to sight the original. Read that body's published checklist before you lodge.
If you need a printed set with a wet stamp, tell us at the start so we can print and courier it to your address.
Consular legalisation, notarisation and apostille are separate steps from a NAATI certified translation and are performed by the relevant authority, not by the translator.
We are a translation provider. We are not a registered migration agent (OMARA) and we do not advise on the merits of an application.
Ordering from outside Thailand
Reviewed August 2026. Requirements change — confirm with the receiving authority before lodging.
I am not in Thailand or Australia. Can you still help?
Yes. The service is fully online: you send scans, we return the certified PDF by email, wherever you are. Where a receiving body insists on hard copy, printed sets with a physical stamp can be couriered.
What time zone do you work in and how do you communicate?
Our team works Thailand time (UTC+7). Requests arrive by LINE, email or phone and are answered in order; we confirm scope, format and turnaround in writing before starting so there is a record you can refer back to.
