This package supplies an interpreter for a scheduled session: consecutive interpreting for appointments and signings, or simultaneous arrangements for larger meetings. We match the interpreter to the subject matter, brief them on names and terminology in advance, and confirm the platform or venue requirements before the session.
Interpreting quality is decided before anyone speaks. An interpreter given the agenda, the participant names and the key documents performs differently from one who arrives cold, which is why briefing is part of the package rather than an extra.

How the work runs

What the service fee does not cover
- Travel, accommodation and venue access fees for on-site assignments
- Written translation of documents discussed during the session
- Recording, transcription and captioning
- Fees charged by a court, hospital or authority for their own procedures
Turnaround
Depends on availability for the language pair and the notice given. Rare language pairs and same-day requests need the earliest possible confirmation.
Our advisory role
If a hearing or hospital already provides an interpreter at no cost, we will tell you rather than book one. Where you do need your own, we advise on the mode that actually fits the session.

- Some proceedings require an interpreter with a specific credential; check before booking
- Long sessions in simultaneous mode need two interpreters working in rotation
- Poor audio is the leading cause of failed online interpreting
- Late cancellation may still incur the interpreter's committed time

How much notice is needed?
As much as possible. Common language pairs are often available at short notice; rare pairs are not.
