For people in Melbourne there is no travel involved: the certified translation arrives as a signed PDF and is accepted the same way by Victorian bodies and by national ones. The only part that has to happen locally is a step the law requires you to sign in front of an authorised person.

Read the published requirement of the body you are lodging with — visa, university, professional council or registry — and note whether it says 'NAATI-certified translation' or simply 'certified translation'. The two are not identical. If you are unsure, send us the link before any work starts and we will read it for you.
A clear PDF or a high-resolution photo both work, as long as every line is legible. Tell us the deadline and the name of the receiving authority in the same message.
We reply with whether the set is complete, whether any further certification step applies, and the delivery date — always before we start. If a document should not be translated yet, we say so plainly.
Check names, dates and document numbers as soon as you receive the file. Anything that differs from the original is corrected at no charge. The PDF can then be uploaded directly into the lodgement system.
Signing before a Justice of the Peace, or lodging certain originals, must be done with an authorised person in your own area. We tell you clearly which documents need that step so you do not make a wasted trip.

No. Australian authorities look at the translator's NAATI certification status, not at where the translator lives. A translation prepared by a certified translator is treated the same in every state, including work sent from outside Australia, unless the receiving authority sets an additional format condition of its own.
You receive a PDF carrying the translator's certification statement and signature, ready to upload into an online lodgement system. If the receiving authority wants a printed set, tell us at the start and we will prepare and post it to the address you give.
Files are accepted around the clock by LINE and email. The team processes them during Thai business hours (UTC+7), so work sent in the Australian evening usually enters the queue the next Thai working morning. The actual delivery date depends on page count and complexity.

Institutions look at the translator's certification, not at the country the file was sent from. Where an institution asks for documents to come directly from the issuing body, translation alone will not satisfy that — tell us and we will point out which part of the requirement the translation covers and which part it does not.
