Financial Document Translation Package
Short answer
This package covers bank statements, balance confirmation letters, payslips, income letters and tax documents. Figures, date formats and currencies are preserved exactly as they appear, and the translation is issued with a verifiable certification statement. We do not recalculate totals or convert currency.
Financial evidence is checked more closely than any other document type, because officers cross-check balances and dates against the rest of the bundle. A single mistyped digit can put the whole set in question.
What the package includes
- Full translation with transaction tables laid out so they can be read against the original
- Unambiguous handling of date formats, currency symbols and thousand separators
- Second-linguist verification of every figure before delivery
- Certification statement, signature and stamp from a certified translator
What you need to send us
- Statements covering the period the recipient specifies
- The most recent bank balance confirmation letter
- Payslips or income letters, if used as support
- Passport bio page to anchor the account holder's name

- Obtaining statements or bank letters on your behalf
- Verifying or certifying the source of funds
- Financial, tax or investment advice
Turnaround
Varies with page count and number of transactions; multi-month statements take longer than a single letter.
Our advisory role
We ask how many months the recipient requires and whether your bank can issue documents in English directly. Many banks can, in which case translation may not be needed at all.
Points to watch
- If the bank already issues an English version, translating again may be unnecessary
- Balances should be consistent with the rest of the bundle or officers will ask for an explanation
- Do not omit pages that look unimportant; gaps break the transaction sequence
Frequently asked questions
Do all statement pages need translating?
Generally yes, for the whole period required, so the transaction sequence stays unbroken.
Can you convert the currency?
Not in the translation. Exchange rates move daily, so the original currency is kept.
Are tax documents covered?
Yes, including tax returns and withholding tax certificates.
