Financial Document Translation Package

Short answer

This package covers bank statements, balance confirmation letters, payslips, income letters and tax documents. Figures, date formats and currencies are preserved exactly as they appear, and the translation is issued with a verifiable certification statement. We do not recalculate totals or convert currency.

Financial evidence is checked more closely than any other document type, because officers cross-check balances and dates against the rest of the bundle. A single mistyped digit can put the whole set in question.

What the package includes

  • Full translation with transaction tables laid out so they can be read against the original
  • Unambiguous handling of date formats, currency symbols and thousand separators
  • Second-linguist verification of every figure before delivery
  • Certification statement, signature and stamp from a certified translator

What you need to send us

  • Statements covering the period the recipient specifies
  • The most recent bank balance confirmation letter
  • Payslips or income letters, if used as support
  • Passport bio page to anchor the account holder's name

Indicative starting ranges

  • Thai–English translationTHB 500–1,200 per page
  • NAATI-certified translationTHB 1,500–2,500 per page

Varies with text volume, document type and language pair.

These are indicative starting ranges. The final figure depends on text volume, document type, language pair and the number of copies, and is confirmed once we have seen your files.

What the service fee does not cover

  • Obtaining statements or bank letters on your behalf
  • Verifying or certifying the source of funds
  • Financial, tax or investment advice

Turnaround

Varies with page count and number of transactions; multi-month statements take longer than a single letter.

Our advisory role

We ask how many months the recipient requires and whether your bank can issue documents in English directly. Many banks can, in which case translation may not be needed at all.

Points to watch

  • If the bank already issues an English version, translating again may be unnecessary
  • Balances should be consistent with the rest of the bundle or officers will ask for an explanation
  • Do not omit pages that look unimportant; gaps break the transaction sequence

Frequently asked questions

Do all statement pages need translating?

Generally yes, for the whole period required, so the transaction sequence stays unbroken.

Can you convert the currency?

Not in the translation. Exchange rates move daily, so the original currency is kept.

Are tax documents covered?

Yes, including tax returns and withholding tax certificates.

Choose a package by document path, not by item count

Packages exist to show what a complete job contains, but we always look at your actual bundle and the receiving authority first. If the package you had in mind contains a step your bundle does not need, we remove it rather than charge for it.

What we check before starting

  • What format the receiving authority accepts, and which package matches it exactly
  • Whether any item is already issued in English by the source office
  • Work order: which step must finish before the next can start, so nothing is redone
  • How many certified copies you actually need

Where we tell you not to spend

  • If your bundle only needs certified translation, do not buy a package that bundles further legalisation
  • Documents lodged together can usually be processed as one bundle, lowering per-item handling
  • Steps you can complete yourself, such as requesting source records, we tell you to do yourself

What we do not promise

  • The receiving authority decides the outcome; we do not promise results
  • Government fees and processing times vary with the period and the workload of each office
  • We do not give legal, financial or medical advice beyond the scope of translation and certification

Reviewed August 2025. Confirm current requirements with the receiving authority before lodging.
